Acceptable Use Policy: TAS Community Leagues
Last updated: Oct 11, 2026 · Version 1.0
This policy is part of the Terms of Use for TAS Community Leagues, operated by Numa Technologies Corporation. It applies to every league, organization and member.
Protect kids first
- Don't add a minor's photo, stats or details without their parent or guardian's consent, and never post anything that identifies where a child can be found outside scheduled public games.
- Don't contact players under 18 through the Service except for league purposes, and copy their parent or guardian where your league's safe-sport policy requires it.
- Never invite a child under 13 directly; invite their parent or guardian.
- Report anything that puts a child at risk to the league and to privacy@totalaisports.com, and to police or child-protection authorities where required.
Don't
- Harass, threaten, bully or post hateful or sexual content, in messages, team names, logos, photos or anywhere else.
- Share members' personal information outside the league, or use it for marketing or anything unrelated to the league.
- Impersonate a league, team, official or person, or create leagues you aren't authorized to run.
- Falsify scores, stats or attendance, or tamper with game results.
- Upload photos, logos or documents you don't have the rights to.
- Send unsolicited or bulk invites.
- Use the Service for gambling or betting.
- Scrape or bulk download the Service; probe or bypass security, role limits or rate limits; introduce malware; or interfere with other users.
- Break the law or anyone's rights.
Enforcement
We may remove content, change or remove roles, suspend leagues or close accounts, and report illegal activity or risks to children to the authorities.
